3. Booking and Confirmation
• All bookings are subject to availability.
• A booking is considered confirmed only after written confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp.
• Customers must provide accurate information including pickup/drop locations, item details, access restrictions, staircases, parking availability, and time requirements.
• Failure to disclose accurate details may result in additional charges or cancellation.

4. Pricing and Payments
• Prices are calculated based on the information provided by the customer.
• Quotes may be fixed or estimated and may change if job conditions differ.
• Deposits may be required to secure a booking.
• Full payment must be made before or immediately upon completion of the service.
• Late or failed payments may result in additional fees or legal recovery action.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before service may qualify for a partial or full refund.
• Cancellations within 48 hours may be charged up to 100% of the booking value.
• No refunds will be issued for same-day cancellations or no-shows.
• Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Customers must:

• Reserve parking if required
• Prepare items for transport
• Disclose fragile, oversized, or high-value items

We reserve the right to refuse service if unsafe or illegal conditions are identified.

7. Liability and Insurance
